Pricing​

We call our pricing a 'Menu of Services',  as it is simple and we are transparent about fees.
​All costs always include VAT.​

(videoconference with Douglas, which lasts about an hour):

• ​‘Capped Fee’ (for SEND Tribunal appeals only, where you are charged only for work done, then your fees are capped):

​Appeal Against Refusal to Assess for EHCP:
£1,500  deposit, then per month for 5 months (totalling £9,000)
includes everything below, saving £2,500 if done separately

Appeal Against Refusal to Make an EHCP after Assessment:
​£1,750 deposit, then per month for 5 months (totalling £10,500)
includes everything below, saving £3,500 if done separately

​Appeal Against Contents of EHCP: 
​£2,500 deposit, then per month for 5 months (totalling £15,000)
includes everything below, saving £4,500 if done separately

N.B All work charged at £250 per hour/​Unused monies always returned at end of case

However, as we know that some people sometimes cannot afford for us to do everything for them,
we will also do individual pieces of work for them for a 'Fixed Fee'.

We set these out on the table below and compare them with our 'Capped Fee'.
