A: It outlines provision that meets described needs. Q: Must schools deliver the EHCP exactly as written? A: Yes. Section F is legally binding. Q: Should Section E outcomes be measurable? A: Yes. Clear outcomes guide support. Q: Do health and social care needs matter? A: Yes. They often affect education. Q: Can specialist teaching be included? A: Yes. If needed, it should be specified. Q: Are annual reviews mandatory? A: Yes — every 12 months. Q: Can I ask for an early annual review if circumstances change? A: Yes. You can request a review at any point if needs have shifted significantly. Q: Should I receive reports before an annual review meeting? A: Yes.
