Erica Hurst (Silas)

Erica Hurst (also known as 'Mrs Silas' when she gets home!) worked in management for many years before a career break to get married and bring up a family.
Erica now assists Douglas with the management of our practice, which allows him and the rest of our team to concentrate on providing high standards of casework support to parents.
Erica is particularly able to empathise with clients from a parent’s perspective. She is registered as a licensed trainer to provide the ‘Why Try’ course to young people who are at risk of being disenfranchised from education. In addition, Erica is also a licensed ‘123 Magic’ parental trainer.
Erica can run programmes on both these methods for parents, schools and other organisations. Read more here about ‘Why Try’/‘123 Magic’.
