Douglas has appeared on television and radio on many occasions in recent years, including on Radio 4’s 'Law In Action'. He has also written a number of published articles on Education & Disability Law issues, including for the New Law Journal; Education, Public Law (EPLI) and the Individual; and the Education Law Journal (NLJ).

Douglas also provides Training & Consultancy to other solicitors in relation to using Information Technology to help in the provision of legal services.
