We have quoted below in full what has been stated in an email sent out earlier today from the SEND Tribunal (formerly the SENDIST):

"Dear Colleague,

We have been reviewing some of the processes in SEND as a result of the case management experience so far.

I've set out out thinking on expedited hearings and returns of the Further Information forms in the attached notes.

We would like to simplify the case management process and there is an informal consultation note attached as well. The Special user group has already seen the suggestions and everyone seems to agree with the proposals. However, I'd be grateful if we could have your comments too.
